Meeting Minutes 12/15/2014

Members present: S. Mills Bacha, D. Buchanan, M. Edwards, B. Cadwallader, K. Kasler. T. Bradley and B. Gianforcaro and K. Smith;  called in: D.Caterinicchia, J. Meyer  and J. Hohbach

Absent: N. Craft, J. Monnin, C. Castle

AGENDA

Minutes: November minutes approved.

Financial Report

  • Treasurer’s Report: $7,558.20 in the checking; $36,796.50 in Vanguard

Programming:

  • 20 tickets sold for Newsies event Jan. 15. Sarah says per her contact at CAPA that there is ticket availability. Decided to update website and extend deadline until Jan. 5 to see if we get more response to membership recruitment mailing.
  • Sarah shared idea to host a code of ethics event at Otterbein similar to the one held at OSU last fall. Hillary Warren offered to secure space and student involvement. Kevin would participate.

OLD BUSINESS

  • HB 663: Kevin attended final hearing. He and Karen shared details.

NEW BUSINESS

None
