Chapter officials are busy putting together this year’s program lineup. Here’s a preview of coming attractions. Save these dates:
- Sept. 6 — Free Press, Free Speech, Free People: 162 Years of Hometown Newspapering, Main Street Free Press Museum, Fredericktown; free; speaker: John C. Long of the Wall Street Journal, museum co-founder; museum tours at 6 and 6:30 p.m.; program at 7 p.m. Reservations arent required, but are desired for planning purposes. - Oct. 5 — Law & Media Conference: Issues affecting media and the judicial system featuring Ohio journalists, lawyers, judges and academics as panelists and a keynote address by Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann;
